This paint looks nothing like the marketing material. The blue itself is far too dark to be used as a highlight colour, too poor-covering to be used as a basecoat, and doesn't fluoresce very strongly. Here are some pictures of it next to a Fluorescent green I got alongside it.
Can't recommend it. I feel the marketing pictures are faked, unless I got a bad bottle. Shame on you Army Painter.
