Description
The Mosquito was one of the fastest and most powerful RAF bombers of the Second World War. Up until 1945 a total of 5500 of these aircraft were built. The lightweight Mosquito owes its success to the use of special materials for the basic airframe and the outer wing covering where mainly wood was used instead of aluminium. The prototype first flew on 25 November 1940

I bought this knowing what I was getting, however the level of flash on this kit is pretty bad, even for it’s age. The pilot figures are cartoon like. I haven’t started it yet but is should be good practice for converting to wheels up and lots of seam filling!
I’m scared silly with the detail of the pieces. They look very comprehensive. I’m waiting for the end of summer before I start putting this model together, and then I’ll have a better idea. So far it looks good and I’ll let you know later if you wish.
great experence, fast shipping and very friendly service
I would deal with these folks anytime. Actually have a few times now. Prompt and accurate, can’t ask for more.
Just received this new kit and some paints from Sunward, and as always, am very pleased with the service and the quick delivery. Who wants to wait a month (or 3) for a kit from China when you can have it in a week from a Canadian store?
The kit itself is great, my first large scale airplane model. This Revell kit, although not as detailed perhaps as a Tamiya version, is still good quality and half the price of the Tamiya. Can't wait to finish this!
