Tamiya Masking Tape is thin, very strong adhesive tape for modeling use. It even adheres well to uneven surfaces. It’s ideal when sharp and crisp lines are required. This tape will not absorb paint color, or leave unsightly marks, making it perfect for use with painted or unpainted scale plastic or radio control models.

Tamiya tape is excellent when used to mask models for rattle can paint. It adheres well and does a great job of preventing seapage as long as you do not engage in heavy coats. It is only surpassed by AK masking tape
Efficient but breaks apart a bit too easily (where you don't want it to break apart)
40mm tape awesome for fast coverage and is easy on painted areas .
