This product does exactly what it needs to do when you need it. Sunward hobbies performs the same way.

Awesome for basing 40k

Good to use (with eye droppers) for 40K bases. Put a base of textured paint, then put a drop down and spread with a old brush. Put on your basing material (grass,sand,tuffs,etc). Let dry and put a few extra to “seal” and it’s good (watered down).
