THE GLUE LOOPER is a micro glue applicator made for applying a VERY small amount of LOW VISCOSITY (i.e. – very thin) glue where you want it to go with very little or no trace of the glue.

It uses capillary action with LOW VISCOSITY CA (cyanoacrylic) glue or LOW VISCOSITY model cement. (It will capture and hold ANY LOW VISCOSITY liquid!) It fits in any standard hobby knife handle that uses a flat clamping front vise, can be used and reused for multiple glue applications. (Cleans very easy – just burn off old glue with a lighter)

THE GLUE LOOPER is indispensable for any small gluing work: AFV builders, prop makers, entomology research (insect specimen) repair, jewelry making, etc.

The v2 our signature product, is low viscosity (thin glue) only.

It works like an “eye dropper”. Low viscosity glue is simply loaded into one of three size loopers, then touched perpendicularity to the seam of the art pieces that are going to be joined together.

By capillary action the glue disperses into the joint, at that moment the parts are glued together accurately with no excess. This is possible by its self-regulating features. It’s a great place to start
with our products.

BTW, the 3 different sizes of v2 reflect 3 different fluid disbursement levels. This is due the to the flexibility to the physics model (or physics envelope) of this design. The other Looper types (v3,
v4) work only by one physics model. (Meaning, either the design works or does not work)

The v3 is for THICK glues only.

THE THICK LOOPER® works like a quill pen. Using a proprietary loading technique, it draws a .015″ line of glue placing it where you want it to go.

The v4 Single Shot Precision™ is our smallest fluid disbursement applicator aimed at users that need only a fraction of the amount of the small v2 applicator. It’s for low viscosity (thin glue) only.

Any extreme small part with a raised area.

v4 SSP uses our self-regulating ’oppositional positioned fluid grooves’ to feed glue into the seam with maximum control.

v4, first choice for gluing very small parts.

Each Looper type has its own function for different jobs.

And, we have found each customer has their personal preference for Looper type due to their style of work habits.
