Tamiya Plastic Scriber II 74091

A well designed and manufactured tool, certainly up to the high standards one associates with Tamiya. However I found it difficult to use in that being so sharp it tends to "dig in" for want of a better explanation, when following down the line. It is probably above my skill set at the moment and I found that I achieved sort of acceptable results with a small exacto type knife. I believe that I caused the problem in the first place by filling the lines with an over enthusiastic use of TS-80 spray paint. I'll know better next time.

Why did I wait to get this tool? It's a great addition, and after some practice, and lots of patience, it is even better than I imagined. Clean lines, straight cuts, all with precision. Patience is definitely a virtue with this tool.
