Oyumaru Reusable Modelling Compound OO-250G Green

Good for recasting rare pieces

I very satisfied with this modelling compound. I was looking around for something to try out for my first ever casting and was looking at far more expensive products, which was turning me off from the project. But, then a fellow modeller suggested I try this green plastic compound from Oyumaru, so I thought, why not; if it doesn't work, then I'm not out a lot of money. Well it works great! In fact, it is so easy to use and produces nice reusable moulds. AND, the green plastic material is reusable, so I can make entirely new moulds for different projects. Granted the amount of material. you get is only a few bars of the plastic, but it a couple of bars is all you need for a small part casting, like a wheel or a panel, and if you use all of it you can do medium sized parts.
