Micro set is a very versatile decal setting solution that does several things to the microscale decals to improve application. Micro set should be applied to the surface of the model where you will be sliding off the decal. Micro set prepares the surface with special wetting agents that cuts the oils in new paint and converts the adhesive on the back of the decal to a stronger and more lasting one. And finally, micro set slightly softens the decals film to make it more flexible so that it can conform better to the model’s surface. Better adhesion by the decal to the model prevents tiny air bells from occurring and results in an invisible carrier film or the so called ‘painted on look’.

Des instructions:

• Brossez le Micro Set sur le modèle où le décalque doit être appliqué, puis trempez le décalque dans l'eau et faites glisser le papier protecteur en position sur le modèle.
• Brossez soigneusement plus de Micro Set sur le dessus du décalque.
• Attendez quelques minutes que l'autocollant se ramollisse, puis appuyez dessus avec une glace ou une serviette en papier humide. Répétez si nécessaire ou utilisez Micro Sol pour plus de force d'adoucissement des décalcomanies.

Pour supprimer les décalcomanies :
Brush Micro Set on the decal to be removed. Keep applying until the decal loosens, then rub off or list the edge of the decal and peel off with the tip of a hobby knife. Works Only on decals that have Not been overcoated.
