Vallejo polyurethane varnish: This varnish is water based can be applied by brush or airbrush, is tougher than standard acrylic varnish and has high resistance to the yellowing effect of U.V. radiation.
Hybrid varnish formulated with an acrylic urethane dispersion; for exceptional strength and resistance to scratches. Permanent, dries rapidly.

Applies easily with brush or airbrush.
Les directions:
Water-based polyurethane varnish, permanent and very resistant. Dries to touch in one hour. To achieve a uniform coating, apply two coats of varnish and four hour intervals. Cleanup is soap and water. Can be used directly with airbrush of needle size 0.4 mm without dilution.

A nice matte varnish in a reasonably large quantity at a fair price. While not totally eliminating any reflection as a whole as found in an ultra matte, the finish here is akin to citadel paints or their Stormshield varnish. The boots, jacket and rifle on the figure in the picture have been coated in the vallejo matte. If you don't do a lot of varnishing, you might want to go for the 60 ml option as there is plenty there as is.
Easy to apply, leaves a good smooth flat finish.
