The Cambridge Rocket Club launch on Saturday August 15th is a GO. The weather forecast calls for cloudy skies, 25 degree temperatures and 15 – 20 KPH Easterly winds. We will most likely be setting up the club launch equipment in the very same spot we set up on August 1st and will be ready to go at 10:00 in the morning.
The theme for the launch is “Oldies by Goodies” so hopefully some of you can bring out and fly some models that are no longer manufactured and provide us a launch down memory lane. This will also be an opportunity for members to practise their A.4-4T Streamer Duration models in advance of the contest on August 29th. Should be a fun day.
