Pricey for the quality

They work as intended, but the quality of the cut is no better than I get with a $10 pair of flush cutters from Canadian Tire. I was expecting a cleaner cut from a tool marketed specifically as a sprue cutter.

I should have bought these years ago!

Excellent item, accurate and easy to use. For more years than I'll admit, I used an Xacto blade for this job, which worked okay, but left some additional clean-up for ever sprue separation. I might still have to clean up the odd bit here and there, but with the Xuron cutters it always minor.
