Description

Cement for Plastics Models is specially formulated for joining all polystyrene plastics and can be used in the construction of plastic model kits and may also repair many common household products made of polystyrene or ABS plastics.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Pre-assemble parts without cement to insure proper fit. Trim or file where necessary. When cementing painted or plated parts, scrape away paint or plating from surfaces to be joined. Apply cement sparingly to one surface and press firmly together.

AVOID CEMENT OF FINGER TIPS, AS GLUE SMUDGED ON AREAS NOT TO BE JOINED CANNOT BE REMOVED. It will also discolor or “cloud up” clear parts.

Do not use on clear parts. Use 3515C Clear Parts Cement.

Size: 5/8oz, 18ml

Trusty ancient cement

I’ve been using Testor’s tube cement for more than half a century. It may not always have had the same model number, but it’s the same stuff I’ve been using forever. There are times when a liquid cement is called for, but for strength and durability, nothing matches the Testor’s in the red and white tube. I have models made in the late 1970s that are still together, as strong as they day I made them. There are no substitutes!

Poorly managed shipping

The box did shipped fairly fast but It took 10 days for 6 tubes of glue to get to my place. Unacceptable. I will reconsider buying from this place again.

Hi Marc. We are in the middle of a Canada Post strike. We are using private couriers and they are dealing with high volume. You placed your order on a Sunday and we shipped it on the Monday.
