- Use water, alcohol or vaseline as a softening agent to prevent the putty from sticking to the tip of the brush, extend its life by rinsing them regularly with soap and water gently.

These are absolutely necessary if you sculpt or fill with any sort of epoxy putty. Plastic miniatures are notorious for having gaps, and these silicone brushes allow for the manipulation of filler without having them stick to the tool. The flat brush can also be used as a texture spreader in a pinch.
