Oil consistency separated

I always buy from Sunwards, super fast, excellent stock availability, top service. This time however, the paint consistency inside the oil tube was all broken up when I opened it. Nothing but liquid came out of it, and the color felt off. I was really disappointed. My guess is that this tube was probably too old.
