Size: Each bar is about 2 1/4 inches long x 3/4 inch wide

Due to the delicate nature of dry rouge, there may be cracks or breaks in the bars

Apply with a cloth or felt rotary tool bit

Spin the bit over the rouge to pick up a very light layer of rouge and apply to surface
