Water based Polyurethane Primer. This Surface Primer can be used directly or mixed with other Auxiliary products like Varnishes, Mediums, etc. It is recommended to avoid mixing Surface Primer with alcohol and/or solvents. Apply with airbrush or brush. This Surface Primer has a self leveling matt finish of extraordinary hardness and resistance, and does not hide details.

Perfect as a ground for plastic, brass, resin, etc. Surface Primer can be cleaned easily using water; for a more thorough cleaning we recommend Airbrush Cleaner (Ref.71.099)

Great Stuff

It's a Vallejo product, so it's good. Good coverage, easy to use with a brush. . .The only problem is not pouring out too much, hah.

If I’m doing a model that will be heavily rusted, this is my go-to.

With some washes or lightly airbrushed colours, this primer as a base coat will produce a wonderfully subtle effect.

Vallejo Primer Model Color Colour Red brown is perfect as a ground for all miniatures being (plastic, brass, resin), etc. The Surface Primer can be cleaned easily using water; and work great with an Airbrush.
